How are the level and program determined?
In the free introductory lesson, your teacher determines the current language level and objectives. Content, age group and learning needs are planned according to this meeting.
What languages do you teach?
English, German, French, Spanish, Russian, Chinese and Turkish. Our Turkish and foreign teachers work together.
Should I take private lessons or group lessons?
Group lessons are held with 5–8 people, mini group lessons are held with 2–4 people and emphasize social learning. One-on-one lessons offer a personal program tailored to the goal. We make the choice together in the introductory lesson.
Can I change lesson times?
Yes. Lesson times are planned together with your teacher and can be changed if necessary.
What are the payment options?
Payment options suitable for your membership On the fees page you can compare. There is no separate cash or installment payment option for monthly membership.
How much work is required outside of classes?
We recommend short practices of 5 to 15 minutes every day, depending on age. These practices come ready-made in the artificial intelligence-supported application.
How do I contact my teacher?
You can write at any time you want via the parent and student panel. Your teacher gives regular feedback about progress.
